Position Duties:
Project Management Specialist – Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Site visit jobs and coordination between engineering, construction sites and client or customer. Resolve technical queries of vendors and construction sites.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ civil engineering/ construction management and 48 months of experience.
Rate of Pay:
$108,243.00 per year. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor
